A few years ago I suffered from Plantar Fasciitis and oh my did it hurt. 19 months I had it, 19 months of pain and trying desperately to git rid of it. I didn't know much about it at first, but after lots of research and trial and error on many products to help manage the pain I finally found a technique that I call "The Lazy Person's Way To Get Rid Of Plantar Fasciitis" and I decided to create a website to help others who suffer from it.On this site I list lots of different types of products that help you manage the pain, plus I detail the stretch I finally used that successfully got rid on my Plantar Fasciitis and I can happily say it hasn't come back since!
